PER NYS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH REGULATIONS, THIS CABIN HAS A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 5 OCCUPANTS****THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS***

ALL VISITORS MUST BE CLEARED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

1. Departure time is Saturday at 10 AM unless arranged otherwise at time of booking. Check-In is Saturday at 2 PM.

2. Garbage pickup is early Monday morning. Please bring your waste to the road and place it in the covered garbage bin.

3. NO BEDDING, COOKWARE, OR INSIDE FURNISHINGS ARE TO BE USED OUTSIDE!!!

4. You are welcome to pick up any dead branches on the grounds for use in outside fireplaces. Depending on availability, 1 load of softwood is provided for use in the outdoor fireplaces. Additional wood can be purchased locally or from us if available. SEASONED HARDWARE UNDER CAMPS IS FOR INSIDE FIREPLACES ONLY!!!

5. Be responsible with smoking materials. Receptacles are provided around the property for proper disposal of cigarette butts.

6. Beach and grounds past the rock wall leading to the island are for private use of owners of the main house – including the dock, except for docking of large boats and access to them only!!! Swimming off of the dock is prohibited.

7. Please leave the camp as clean as you found it. Maid service is not provided and it is expected the cabins are left as they are found. Missing items will be replaced at your expense.

Excessive cleaning or damage will be charged to you.

8. NO PETS are allowed on the premises unless otherwise approved PRIOR to arrival. If allowed to accompany you, your pets must remain leashed or tied up at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• BEACH IS OPEN BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 AM AND 8:00 PM
• A MINIMUM OF TWO ADULTS, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, MUST BE PRESENT WHEN SWIMMING FACILITIES ARE IN USE.
• CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES
• THERE IS NO GLASS ALLOWED ON THE BEACH
• ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS MAY USE THE FACILITY
• ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS ALLOWED AS IT IS TOO DANGEROUS WITH SHALLOW WATER AND HIDDEN ROCKS
• NO THROWING ROCKS – PLEASE INFORM CHILDREN THAT THIS IS PROHIBITED AND NOT TO DISMANTLE ROCK WALLS
• AT 2625 SOUTH SHORE ROAD, SWIMMING AROUND OR OFF THE DOCK IS PROHIBITED, CHILDREN ARE TO REMAIN IN THE DESIGNATED SWIMMING AREA. AT THE BUNKER HILL ROAD LOCATION, THERE IS A SWIM PLATFORM *** NO DIVING! ****

10. FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSES ONLY

As a requirement of the New York State Department of Health, a telephone is provided with the numbers posted for emergencies. At the south shore road location, there is no cell phone service. The phone is located inside the storm door on the porch of the main house. Emergency contact numbers are free of charge. These include 911 and 518-863-4407.

At the Bunker Hill Road, the phone across the street at 460 Bunker Hill Road can be used in emergencies. There is cell phone coverage at this location for most providers.
